STAFF FEATURE IS NOT ACTIVE BY DEFAULT, it works under paid licenses.

CREATE, EDIT AND DELETE STAFF USER

In order to create a new Staff user, it is necessary to click thebutton on the upper right corner of the Staff Panel. Once pressed, a pop-up form will show up, where every box marked with asterisks (**) need to be filled.

Additionally, you will be able to provide a Full Name, Information/Responsability (which can either be additional information, the type of responsibility within the team or even the shift the user works in, e.g: José Cuevas, Night Shift Manager),and Icon Colour of the Real-Time panel:

As can be seen in the image above, a Device can be assigned to the Staff users. The Device feature is not active by default.

In addition, Staff users can be organiced throught Collectives (Groups) and Position (Assignment). These features, same as Device, are not active by default and should be enabled to give Staff permissions as Manager. This role enables the user to manage people of his/her own Collective and gives access to Staff panel to see people in the same Collective and Building,

When all fields are filled, the Create User button should be clicked and the new staff member will appear in the list of Staff immediately afterwards.

An user can be edited by clicking on the button, which appears on the right side of the list of users.  Once clicked, a pop-up form will appear with all the (relevant) fields already filled. 

We modify the desired fields and, finally, it is important to remember to click on thebutton so the changes are stored in the system.

A member of Staff can be eliminated from the dashboard by way of pressing the  button. Once clicked, the following pop-up will appear, in which we are to click on the 'Delete' button:

This action cannot be undone. Therefore, you need to be sure that you want to Delete that member of Staff because upon confirming, all data related to them will no longer be available. If you delete a Staff user that has an assigned device it gets automatically unassigned: so it will not be possible to check this user reports.
