Note: The POI Stay time reports are only avaible for Workforece tracking accounts and may be not be enabled by default. Please, contact support@situm.com to have them activated.
In order to get the report on users stays in POIs, please open Reports panel by clicking on left menu in your account's global overview:
At Displacement reports global section you have available two reports:
1.- Location History
In this report you can choose an user and a specific day to analyse:
- As well as visualizing the data, you can download a CSV file with the report information.
- The report contains information about the building (Location), the POI (Zone), Start / End range and Stay time.
Please keep in mind that the POI radius is 5m and that these Displacement reports will only take into account the time spent by users within the POI radius.
2.- Location History on map
Again, in this second report, you can choose an user and a specific day to analyse:
- The report contains information about the building (Location), the POI (Zone), Start date and Stay time:
- Hoovering your mouse over a point in the segment you will display a summary of the information for that point.
- It is possible to get data from both indoor and outdoor POIs.
