To get this particular analytics report through the dashboard, you need to first select the building you want to get this report from.

Additionally,  you will have to have created Geofences through the Cartography module of the building (for more information, check here).

Then go to the Reports module then find the User Stay Times on Geofences on the Stay Reports section.

If you already have geofences defined, you will need to select one, and then select the date range that you're interested in. 

Note: Please take into consideration that the date range is limited to a maximum of one (1) month.

By this point, you have probably noticed that there's a checkmark under Geofences that reads 'include unassigned devices'. For dashboards such as MRM, marking this will allow you to not only get a list of the users that spent time on that geofence but also those devices, not assigned to a particular user, that spent time there too.

Once the Generate Report button is clicked, the system will generate a list containing the following information:

MRM Dashboard

• User Name 
• Device 
• Date
• Stay Time
  
  

Wayfinding Dashboard

• Device 
• Date
• Stay Time

In the user name field, notice that you will get three kinds of results:

• User's name and last name, if there was positioning data inside the geofence for a device successfully assigned to a user.
• User not assigned, if there was positioning data inside the geofence but the device hadn't been assigned to a user yet.
• User Deleted, if there was positioning data inside the geofence for a device assigned to a user that was ultimately deleted.
  
  

You will be able to download this report by clicking the Download button. A .csv file will instantly be downloaded.
