1) In order to create a building, please click on New building and then click on the map to mark its position. You can also enter your address in the adress search box and click at the exact location where you want to place the venue.
2) Enter a name for your building, press Create in order to do it.
3) To upload building floor plans, you have to click on the new building.
The New Floor screen will appear, and the floor number and its height can be set. Note that height is an optional parameter that indicates the level height relative to the ground. It is important that you set this parameter when you want to speed up floor changes.
4) To upload the floor plan, you can search it in your computer and then, press Create.
Only PNG, JPG and JPEG files with a maximum of 4096 * 4096 px are supported.
5) Once it is done, the building floor plan will be showed on the Dashboard.
To adjust the floor plan to the building layout, we recommend to use the Satellite View.
You have the following options:
- OPACITY: You can increase or decrease it to find the best fit for the building.
- SCALE: Enlarge or decrease the floorplan using the buttons located in the corners of the map (green).
- MOVE THE FLOORPLAN: Use the button located in the center of the map.
- ROTATE THE MAP: -Zoom in / Zoom out with the buttons +/-on the lower right corner.
6) Once the floor plan is adjusted, press the button SAVE, to save the changes. To discard changes press the button X
By these fast and simple steps the floor plan can be perfectly adjusted in the dashboard.
7) You can add more than one floor plan for the same building. Press the New floor button and upload your new floor plan. The new image will be loaded with the same scale and orientation of the first floor.
Note: All the floor images of the same building must have the same dimensions.
8) Finally, you will see your building with the floors that you have created.
